All HLRA Members must adhere to the Architectural Review Authority Guidelines and HLRA Subdivision Restrictions in order for your permit application to be approved.

Below you will find three new permit applications. Please choose the appropriate one for your project needs. Also, please read, complete and submit along with required documentation in order for your application to be approved.

The ARA meet every Wednesday at 9:00 A.M.

Applications must be submitted by 12:00 P.M. on Tuesdays to be considered in the Wednesday meeting. 

Please call the Administration Office to find out if your permit application was approved after 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday.

Permits must be picked up from the Administration Office and displayed prior to beginning of project.

If your permit application is disapproved, you may fill out a Re-Submit form for your project to be reconsidered.

Permit Applications or Re-Submit forms must be received no later than Tuesday, 4:30 P.M. in the Administration Office to be included in the Wednesday meeting.

If you would like to meet and discuss your project with the ARA, you may fill out a Meeting Request form and submit to the Administration Office no later than Tuesday, 4:30 p.m. to be reviewed.

If permits are not paid when submitted or picked up, then you will be charged on your monthly statement, if applicable.

Please be advised, when submitting an ARA permit application make sure you read and complete ALL steps before submitting to the Administration Office in order for permit application to be approved.

Permits are not required for dead trees.
