All HLRA Members must adhere to the Architectural Control Committee Guidelines and HLRA Subdivision Restrictions in order for permit application to be approved.

The ACC meet every Wednesday at 9:00 A.M.

Building Permit Applications must be received no later than Tuesday, 5:00 P.M. in the HLR Administration Office to be considered in the Wednesday meeting.

Please call the office to find out if your permit application was approved. 
Permits must be picked up from the Administration Office and displayed prior to beginning of project.

If your permit application is not approved and you would like to speak with the committee, please fill out this form and submit along with your re-submit form.

If permits are not picked up and fees are not paid, if applicable, then you will be charged on your monthly statement.

Please be advised, when turning in ACC permit applications make sure you read and complete ALL steps before submitting to the Administration Office in order for permit application to be approved.

For Example but not limited to:
      All applications must be signed and dated
      Fence applications require a picture of proposed fence
      New home applications must have "engineered site plan"
      Survey must have dimensions of proposed project area
      Warranty, gage of metal and color chart must accompany metal building                       applications
      Propane tank and/or generator applications must have dimensions stated on               survey
      Location of proposed project area must be marked/staked with flags, marking               paint or ribbons prior to application being submitted
      Property line setbacks must be observed.
      Applications must be submitted no later than 5pm on Tuesday to be included in           the Wednesday meeting
