Restaurant Manager

The Fore Seasons Restaurant is a full-scale dining operation located in the private, gated community of Holly Lake Ranch, about 45 minutes north of Tyler, Texas.  With a population of around 4,000 residents, along with a time share resort operated by Holiday Inn on the grounds, the restaurant and bar stay quite active.
Holly Lake Ranch Association is looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee all facets of the restaurant and bar operations.  Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year experience (prefer 3 to 5 years) as a manager of food operations, as well as currently possess a Food Managers Certificate.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing talented staff in both front of house and back of house.  Additionally, candidate should excel in inventory control, maintaining COGS percentages, event planning, and promotion of facility to the community.
The base salary for this position will range from $30,000 to $45,000, depending upon experience and qualifications.  Additionally, incentive bonuses will apply for meeting established goals.  Benefits include health insurance paid by employer, PTO, 401k with employer match, and life insurance.
